Accessibility statement

Marlin Automation is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That is the accessibility standard commonly referenced by U.S. courts and by the Department of Justice’s ADA Title II web and mobile accessibility rule for state and local government. We are a private business; we use WCAG 2.1 AA as our practical target for this site.

We do not claim that this site is “certified ADA compliant.” No widely recognized certification of that kind exists for websites. Accessibility is ongoing work: we test with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, then fix issues as we find them.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML, labeled form fields, and visible focus styles
  • Skip link to main content and keyboard-operable navigation (including the mobile menu)
  • Text alternatives for informative images; decorative graphics marked appropriately
  • Color contrast aimed at WCAG AA for text and controls
  • Support for browser zoom and reflow on small viewports
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion where we animate
  • Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form, which is designed to be accessible; if a challenge appears, follow the on-screen instructions or contact us by phone or email instead

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds (for example CAPTCHA widgets) and user-generated or partner materials may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you hit a barrier, tell us and we will work with you on an alternative.

Compatibility

This site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge) on current desktop and mobile operating systems, and with common assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA, and JAWS.
